Reported experience
The original entry describes calls offering purported promotions. It does not document their terms or confirm the caller's identity.
The entry does not provide a reporting date or verify the number's current owner. The locality and name are reproduced from the report, not confirmed identification or an official contact recommendation. Confirm any claimed organisation through a contact channel obtained independently.
How to interpret “purported promotions”
This wording comes from the original account. It does not by itself prove fraud, and it does not establish that the proposal was genuine. The entry records no product, price, eligibility requirements or subsequent purchase.
For a similar proposal, ask for its name or reference and written terms. Separate three questions:
- What is offered: the specific product or service, rather than just the word “promotion”.
- Who is eligible: the requirements and whether it is for existing customers, new sign-ups or another situation.
- What you would agree to: the total cost, benefit duration and terms afterwards.
Check the proposal through Movistar's official help centre (in Spanish), accessed independently. That check is separate from this report: the reference does not authenticate the caller. A company name mentioned in a conversation is not sufficient proof of identity.
No verifiable outcome is recorded. A useful comment can explain which promotion was offered and when, without personal details or conclusions you cannot support.
Editorial review: . This dates the expanded article, not the call or the validity of an offer.
