Information collected and how it is used
- Visits and statistics: technical connection data are stored along with the page viewed, date and time, approximate country when provided by the server and navigation referrer. These visit records are used to produce statistics: count page views, understand their approximate origin and compile the “Most-read topics” list. Not all records are anonymous or exclusively aggregated.
- Private contact: the form requests a name, message and email address with confirmation. An email address is required to submit this form. The inquiry and technical connection data are emailed to the team so it can respond; they are not published as a comment.
- Public comments: stored information includes a name or pseudonym, text, optional email address, page, date, country when available, technical connection data and moderation status. Comments are reviewed before publication. Approved comments show the name, text, date and available country; email addresses and technical connection data are not displayed in the public comments section.
- Trivia scores: when a result is submitted from the game, records include the username, correct and incorrect answers, opponents, score, program version, date, available country and technical connection data. The public list shows the username, result, country and date, but not the version or technical connection data.
Technical connection data include network access identifiers and can allow requests to be linked. They are not the same as aggregated visit counters. Contact, comments and scores have purposes other than browsing statistics, as described separately above. The hosting service may also generate technical logs to provide and protect its services.
You do not need to submit a form to read articles. You can use a pseudonym in comments; avoid publishing passwords, identity documents, health information or other private information about yourself or others. Public comments can be read and indexed by search engines.
First-party cookies and sessions
The site uses session cookies for these purposes:
tsi_metrics: helps avoid counting the same page repeatedly during a session and supports the site's own statistics.tsi_contact: limits how frequently the contact form can be submitted to reduce repeated submissions.
These are configured as session cookies without a fixed browser expiry date; session restoration may keep them for longer. They are not Google advertising cookies. You can manage or delete them in your browser, although blocking them may affect these functions. Deleting a cookie does not erase information already stored on the server.
Retention and requests about your data
Approved comments do not expire automatically: they are retained so that conversations remain useful. Visit records, scores and messages may also remain stored; no single retention period is published for all of them. Closing your browser or deleting its cookies does not remove those server records or messages already sent by email.
You can contact the team to ask what information is retained about an interaction, request a correction, or request review or removal of content concerning you. Identify the page and provide the information needed to locate it; do not send passwords or sensitive documents initially. Requests will be assessed according to the record, its purpose and applicable obligations. This page does not provide an automatic deletion mechanism.
Hosting, email and external links
The site is hosted by GoDaddy and uses hosting and email services to operate. Providers may process information needed to deliver those services. See GoDaddy's privacy policy.
Opening an external link, including a referral link, takes you to a service with its own terms and privacy practices. Read them before registering or providing information. Information you enter there is not under this site's control.
Google advertising and privacy choices
Implementation status, 1 October 2026: the new AdSense account is integrated on public content pages. Privacy policies remain without advertising. Installing this code does not mean that Google has approved the site or that ads are already being displayed. The European message is published in AdSense, but its display and controls on this site are still being verified. The absence of a message does not mean that you have given consent.
On pages using the advertising integration, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve, measure and, subject to applicable choices, personalize ads based on visits to this and other sites. Advertising providers may read or store those cookies and process browser and device data. When available and applicable, Google’s message will identify providers and let you accept, decline or manage the applicable choices. The “Advertising privacy choices” control will appear in the footer of integrated pages when Google confirms that the European message applies, so you can reopen it. These advertising choices do not control this site’s own visit statistics.

Security and policy changes
The site uses HTTPS and access and validation controls to reduce risks. No system guarantees absolute security. If you notice exposed data or personal content that needs review, notify the team through the private contact channel.
This policy may change when features, providers or information handling change. The revision date appears at the top; publishing changes does not obtain consent for uses that require it.
