How to interpret a report
A published experience is a reference, not certification of who made a call. It does not demonstrate that every call displaying the same number has the same purpose. Verify a company's identity through its official channels.
If you share your experience, say when the call happened, what service was offered and whether it was a recording or a conversation. Do not publish documents, bank details, addresses or other private information. Never share passwords or verification codes during an unexpected call.
Checking and blocking calls
If you have missed calls, look for the number in the available records and compare the information before calling back. A directory entry should not replace independent verification.
