• Reported name or activity: OLX Autos.

Reported experience

The entry describes calls offering to buy the recipient's car. This is a reported experience, not a verified current purchase offer.

The entry does not provide a reporting date or verify the number's current owner. The locality and name are reproduced from the report, not confirmed identification or an official contact recommendation. Confirm any claimed organisation through a contact channel obtained independently.

What is missing from the purchase offer?

Unlike a general message about selling a car, this account specifically records an intention to buy one. However, it does not identify the vehicle, an amount offered, an inspection or the outcome of the conversation. That single sentence is not a record of a completed transaction.

Questions to clarify a similar proposal include:

• Which vehicle is the enquiry about, and how did the caller learn it was for sale?
• Is any quoted amount an initial estimate or an offer subject to a vehicle inspection? Ask for the conditions in writing.
• Who would be buying the car, and how can their identity be checked through a contact channel obtained independently of the call?

These questions do not imply that an amount was quoted or an inspection took place in this case. The entry does not confirm a current offer or, on its own, establish fraud.

Editorial review: 30 September 2026. This does not date the call or establish that the proposal is still available.
