Reported experience
The original entry describes an offer of a discount. Its terms and availability are not documented or independently verified.
The entry does not provide a reporting date or verify the number's current owner. The locality and name are reproduced from the report, not confirmed identification or an official contact recommendation. Confirm any claimed organisation through a contact channel obtained independently.
What is missing from the discount offer
The note does not specify whether the benefit applied to a plan fee, a one-off charge or something else. It does not link the offer to changing providers; that motive should not be inferred from reports about other numbers.
If you are offered a discount, ask these questions before accepting:
- Which service and which amount would the discount apply to?
- How much would you pay during the benefit, how long would it last and what price would apply afterwards?
- Would your plan change or a service be added? On which bill should the benefit appear?
To establish your current cost, Movistar's official guide to checking your plan price (in Spanish) directs customers to Mi Movistar. Compare that information with the proposal's written terms. The reference does not identify the caller or confirm that a discount was applied.
The account includes no acceptance or subsequent bills. It is not a current promotion. If you add an experience, mention the date and proposed terms without posting your customer number or billing details.
Editorial review: . This dates the expanded article, not the contact or the availability of the discount.
