The recipient reportedly investigated the message and concluded that it was a scam. The article lists spelling, presentation and missing contact details among the warning signs. Those features can justify further checks, but polished design or correct spelling would not prove a message genuine.
The original article says the sender address was unknown. No sender has been identified here, no live tracking lookup has been performed, and the link has not been opened. The claim that clicking would definitely cause a loss of money or information is not demonstrated by the screenshots alone.
Check your delivery independently
Do not use an unexpected payment link to verify the message that supplied it. Correo Argentino's security advice recommends visiting its official site directly to check a shipment and avoiding links or requests for information in suspicious messages.
