The 90 × 190 × 25 cm Känn Livet KL-Aureo arrives rolled up and vacuum-sealed. The purchased unit began regaining its volume as the plastic was removed, was reported to be the expected size, and felt very soft on top. The main unanswered question is not the unpacking process: it is the advertised weight capacity, which we could not verify.
This review brings together first impressions of the purchase, photographs of the box and opening tool, and a screenshot of the listing. It is not a laboratory test or a long-term durability assessment.

These are packaging details, not findings from an examination of the materials or internal construction. When choosing a size, compare the dimensions in centimetres with the bed base rather than relying only on a commercial size label.
How it arrives and what happens when it is opened
The mattress comes rolled up, vacuum-compressed and packed in a box. The reported packaging measurements are 95.5 × 26.5 cm: only two dimensions were provided, with no third dimension recorded. These are not the dimensions of the expanded mattress.
The unit included a guarded cutter for opening the plastic. It is intended to help remove the wrapping without damaging the fabric, but still needs careful handling. As the wrapping was removed, the mattress began expanding on its own.
The box does provide basic instructions. It says to unpack the mattress in the room where it will be used, place it on the bed base, remove the outer wrapping and unroll it, carefully remove the remaining plastic, and let it expand. The printed waiting time is 48 to 72 hours to reach its final height. This is the packaging instruction, not a timed result from this experience.

The expected size and a very soft top surface
According to the account provided, the mattress is the expected size and feels very soft on top. No recorded measurements of each dimension or instrumental firmness test were supplied.
The box shows a firmness scale with the marker towards the firm end. This does not necessarily conflict with the surface impression: softness to the touch and overall support describe different things. These first impressions do not establish how the mattress will support different weights or change with use.
200 or 300 kg: what the listings say and what remains unverified
Commercial claims ranging from 200 to 300 kg were noticed during the purchase. The supplied screenshot of the Mercado Libre listing shows “Hasta 300kg” (“up to 300 kg”) in the title. The Proshop product page for model KL-Aureo, SKU 101304, consulted on 14 October 2026, states 200 kg per side.

The load capacity has not been verified
We do not have a load-test report or manufacturer documentation that validates those figures for this version. Nor can we assume that “per side” and the number in the title refer to the same usage conditions. The supplied photographs of the box do not show a weight limit.
This does not prove that the mattress cannot support the advertised weight: it means this review cannot confirm it. If your purchase depends on the supported weight, do not base the decision solely on the listing title.
Before buying for that reason, ask the seller or importer for written confirmation specifically for KL-Aureo, SKU 101304, 90 × 190 × 25 cm, clarifying:
- Whether the limit is total, per person or per side, and what “per side” means for this size.
- Which bed base and usage conditions the limit requires.
- Which technical document or test supports the figure and what warranty coverage applies.
We do not recommend attempting a home overload test. A comfortable or soft surface does not establish the mattress’s load capacity.
Instructions on the box, but no technical manual included
The purchased unit did not include a manual detailing the mattress’s technical specifications. That is different from saying it came without any instructions: the opening steps and the 48–72-hour wait are printed on the packaging.
We could not verify a website belonging to the manufacturer itself. We did find the Proshop product page cited above, while the box identifies Netshop Group S.R.L. as the importer. A retailer, a brand and a manufacturer are not necessarily the same entity. We therefore do not claim that no official website exists or present the retailer’s specifications as certification.
Initial assessment: unpacking observations, durability still to be assessed
The observations so far are specific: rolled, vacuum-sealed packaging, a tool for opening the plastic, expansion as the wrapping is released, the expected size and a very soft top surface. The lack of an included technical manual and the differing commercial weight claims leave important questions for anyone buying on the basis of load capacity.
Durability will be discussed later. There is not yet a documented follow-up period that would support conclusions about sagging, loss of support or service life. New observations can be added to this same page, clearly distinguished from these first impressions.
Materials and scope of this review
This article is based on the purchase account, photographs of the packaging and cutter, and the listing screenshot supplied for publication. The cover is an illustration, not a photograph of the purchased mattress. No resistance testing was documented and no score was assigned.
